Measurements are not always exact. Each sign is hand painted on wood, and framed. Since each piece of the sign and frame are hand cut, crafted from quality wood, no two signs are ever the same. Expect dents, dings, cracks, chips, holes and knots. Knots can sometimes cause a yellow discoloration, please be aware that can happen. Some signs are distressed, , this is how it is made to look. We believe this adds character to our items, and makes each one completely unique. Many of our signs are designed to hang from the frame therefore, for those there is NO hanging hardware included. We are not responsible for signs hung improperly. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
