Niloak mission swirl vase A gorgeous piece of American pottery history, this vase has an amazing color palette and swirl pattern. Niloak, known for its mission swirl design, is a line of pottery from the Eagle Pottery company of Benton Arkansas. Eagle Pottery Company produced pottery from 1909-1947. Based on the partial impression on this piece it was likely made somewhere between 1910-1924. It has Niloak’s hallmark iridescent glaze inside with the cobalt blue speckles. This piece would be the perfect addition to your Early American or antique pottery collection. Condition: Great vintage condition No chips, cracks, or crazing. It does have quite a few surface scuffs (not scratches that you can feel but marks that have discolored the glaze) and several stains that appear as if they may clean up. (see photos) I wiped it with soapy water and they didn’t come off. You may be able to clean it with something stronger however I didn’t want to risk damaging it. Artist signature on the bottom: partial stamp \
