Find Inspiration Inside This home is located in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida and was designed with a coastal neutral theme! Check out some of my favorite things about this look. Coastal Neutral Color Pallet Open Concept Living, Dining, & Kitchen This living room is simplistic but also inviting. There are different textures in different elements of the room that really pop. The blue stripped accent pillows are one of my favorite parts of this room! Look at these shiplap walls!! I’ve always wanted an accent wall in my house with shiplap and love seeing different designs that incorporate it. The contrast of the shiplap against the tile floors gives this living area a beachy feel. The patterned wall art really makes a statement too. The color is still pretty neutral but the pattern makes it stand out. A smooth and sleek gray counter top in the kitchen is classic Accents Of Subtle Blues Accent pieces are such a great way to add pops of color – weather they are bold or subtle. This home boasts simplicity and have so many fun accents to add a splash of blue/green color. These ceramic contains are both cute and functional. Add them to your counter-tops as a piece of decor but they can also be used for storage. Coffee table books are one of my favorite things to put on your living room center table! The Life & Love of the Sea is a great choice. It’s pretty to look at and has great content. Fun Organization This mounted file organizer is in the laundry room at this house. It’s just off the main kitchen area and a perfect spot to help you de-clutter your counters and keep that clean look. Coastal Neutral Master Bedroom This unique rope chandelier is one of a kind! I love it because it’s a statement piece which the rest of the room is pretty neutral. Classic Guest Bedroom Simple Outdoor Seating I love seating outside of front doors. It feels great to sit outside and have your morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine after work! I love the small space patio options that Target has to offer. Sand in between your toes the sea breeze in your hair a little salt spray in the air and warm sunshine. I pretty much love the ocean. It is a rejuvenating and relaxing place and I could spend hours with my toes in the sand and my head in the clouds just enjoying all the serene beauty. Though I don’t have a coastal decorating theme I have always mixed in a few pieces here and there. From shells to starfish- you might have noticed a couple popping up from time to time. But since it is Friday- that means it is crush time and this week- it is all about decor with a coastal vibe. Coastal decor is always so pretty with an abundance of soft faded colors mingling with that pop of sea glass green or blue. From a little to a lot -it is an easy look to mix in with other styles- from 1 piece to a whole bookcase to a whole room. HGTV (You can find links and more of my favorites in my Beach Decor pinterest board ) Coastal Living Domaine Home Leo Designs courtesy of HOUZZ Totally not a bookcase display – but seriously, I am crushing on that boat on the mantel. HGTV Recently I was challenged to re-create a look that inspired me while I was at High Point Market but using finds from HomeGoods. I chose a bookcase that was very neutral and quiet as the inspiration. Eloquence I styled one of bookcases in the cottage with a coastal vibe and used a mix of new and vintage to create the look. I used a lot of what I had on hand like the old worn books, vintage bottles and some of the seashells but the rest came from either the hardware store (sponges) or HomeGoods. Kind of loving how it turned out and it was fun to play with a different look in the cottage AND it might inspire a tiny change for summer out there. What about you- have you gone a little coastal in your home? Happy Friday! Enter your email address: Delivered by FeedBurner

New year, new layout! I got the urge to rearrange my living room furniture this weekend after I had packed away all the Christmas decor. Okay, maybe not all the Christmas decor, since I do still have a few naked Christmas trees lingering around that are waiting to be put up into the attic. Neverth
