Sansevieria ‘Fernwood’ flowering. Sansevieria ‘Fernwood’ is an artificial hybrid between Sansevieria parva and Sansevieria suffruticosa created by R. Weld of Fernwood Plants (see S. Jankalski in Sansevieria No. 20: 18, 2009). The cultivar ‘Fernwood’ was published by David B. Grigsby in Cact.Succ.J.(US) 60:233, 1988. In that paper, the parentage was given as Sansevieria grandicuspis x S. suffruticosa, but the former was corrected to Sansevieria parva by Chahinian.
